Welcome to Sunshine Coast Demolition and Salvage

Sunshine Coast Demolition and Salvage has been a family owned and operated since 1964 (MORE THAN 50 YEARS) from our original location at Burke Street Woolloongabba in Brisbane. We ran the business from there until only a few years ago when we out grew our small location and had to move to Rocklea and are now expanding to the Sunshine Coast.

We have demolished 1000's of homes and have sold everything from old copper nails and gutters to complete houses for removal. "If it's in a house we have sold it," As said in an interview with the Courier Mail Newspaper, Tuesday, May 30, 2000.

Lloyd started the business in 1964 and handed the business over to his two sons Stephen and Grant in 1997 and now Stephen has the building recycle centre at Rocklea and Grant is starting the new recycle centre at shed 3 at 8 Colless Lane Nambour.

We sell a large range of building materials from both locations from aluminium doors and windows to whole houses.

We sell all materials at our shop,

We are open,

Monday to Friday 9.30 to 4.30

Saturday only 8.00 to 12.00
